This program is an INNER WORLD WORKOUT. Before joining the program, I highly recommend blocking out 3 to 5 hours in your schedule each week for regular practice.
Each module is 4 months long and there is MUCH work to be done in that time. My desire for you is to come with your heart eager to learn and your intention to PRACTICE the tools being strong.
Upon joining the container, you will receive a 30 minute call with me to get you very clear on your intentions and to guide you to what YOU need to start working on first, specific to your Energy Body and situation.
By the end of this program, having done these practices diligently and allowing your soul growth to happen, you will feel like a highly upgraded, energetically mature person. You will also have tools that you can use for the rest of your life to maintain energetic healing and stability in your relationship.
Criteria for joining:
1. Being able to move energy around your body and feel it as it moves. (Ex: golden light meditation)
2. Being able to work with energy directly as opposed to a modality practice. (Ex: deep level shadow work or inner child work. Must be able to see images of what is happening during the session.)

- The results are dependent upon your intention, effort/determination while using the tools and your soul’s guidance (choosing). Deep soul connection is required for Sacred Union. The more you practice deep soul level work, the closer Sacred Union will be.
- You will only be allowed to request trade sessions with other participants of this program once you’ve unlocked Module 2. Module 1 is for you to concentrate and unfreeze as much of your Energy Body as possible so Module 2 practices can actually embed in your Energy Body. You can’t reprogram a matrix that’s encapsulated in frozen energy. Module 2 tools won’t work until you’ve unfrozen your Energy Body. Unfreeze A LOT first, then break the junk programs.
- Every person’s Energy Body will have a different amount of frozen energy dependent upon their life experiences. Please be gentle and kind with yourself while still being motivated to shift whatever is present for you, no matter what you find in your Energy Body.
- Module 3 is the results everyone wants. However, the work that it takes to get the Energy Body to that level is serious. This is not a pie in the sky, wishful thinking program. It is a real understanding of what your Energy Body is doing and how to shift it. Understanding that this program is working with the ENERGY BODY and will render results based on how you shift your energy body is necessary. To get Module 3 results, you must master all 3 modules.
