No. This is not couples therapy and doesn't replace it. This work addresses your energetic patterning and how your energy body is responding to the relationship dynamic — a layer many women still feel stuck in even after doing traditional relationship work.
Will my partner need to be involved?
No. This work focuses on your energy body, your patterns, and your operating system. When your energy shifts, the dynamic often shifts naturally — without requiring your partner to change first.
What if my relationship is in crisis?
If you're in acute crisis (threat of separation, infidelity just discovered, major traumatic event), please let me know during the Discovery Call. We may recommend stabilization work first, or adjust the container timeline to support where you are.
Do I need to share everything about my relationship?No. We reference what's relevant, but the work happens at the level of energetic impact and pattern — not repeated storytelling. You share what feels aligned, and we work with what's present energetically.
