We have no idea how much power we have.

So often, after going through rounds of separation, we have resigned ourselves to doing “our own work” and not focusing on our Twin.

Which is great and advisable. However, it is important that we swing back and not leave a super key ability behind on our healing journey.

Yes, it is true that your Twin can surprise you and walk forward on their own. And most of the time that is exactly how it should be.

I NEVER advise doing someone else’s work for them or coddling or having to run the whole show on your own.

But, for those where there is progress, but situations are still not to where you can be in full union, this next piece is for you.


CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT

Choosing what we want is generally something we do in an overall manner.

Like, I want Union, lol. Or, I want my Twin to grow in strength and I want to raise my standards.

Of course we need the large, overall intentions. But, we are quite missing out on some luscious opportunities if we don’t keep regularly choosing small things we would like too.

Also, the phrasing could help the process. Phrasing it as “I would love it if...” places you in the exact energetic sweet spot to get it. It can also help you to “forget about it” which we know is also a great way to actually get it.

Small things could be something like “I would love to receive a flower today.” “I would love to be asked how my day is going.” “I would like some yummy attention.” “I would like a phone call (text, email, or whatever).” “I would like my new haircut to be noticed.” Etc…

What this process does is gives us practice with identifying what we actually want. Which, over time, builds a knowledge base for our Twin.

Definitely give a clear indicating response when you get it. Something like a large smile, a kiss or some words of excitement or gratitude. Also, mix your responses up!

Choosing what you want regularly creates an energetic basis in your system that you are actively working with the Universe and the process gets easier. Also, when you get it, it builds your trust in the Universe, but more importantly, it builds your trust with the fact that you can create your life experience!
