The Life Changing Package - 3 Month Journey

I would like to share with you my personal experience working with Heather. I worked with Heather for 3 months. For many many many years I had been living with very painful memories some that started in my formative years also trauma from domestic abuse for most of my previous married life. These traumatic evens were so deeply embedded and my soul was so deeply scared that in 20 yrs I had not allowed myself to love anyone let alone fall in love. I kept people at a distance.
I also believed that if I did not speak about these events it meant I had overcome them and would not allow these events to victimize me. Little did I know that this shield I had build around me had prevented me from living..really living.
I began to work with Heather and she has helped me work through these events and process each memory and thus heal my heart. My personal journey has been liberating and empowering. I am so grateful for her. She is compassionate, trustworthy and a very kind soul.
