This type of healing is a very necessary tool in your tool kit on the ascension journey and the journey to having a healthy inner world.
In this class, I bring you through the process of doing Inner Child work and all of the concepts to be aware of. Healing the inner child is vulnerable work and understanding what your objective is and how to get the deepest healing is important. The second training is where I teach about the "energetics" of the Inner Child. This means how the energy of this aspect of your system is impacting your life and how to know what approach to take to heal it.
