In this class, I bring you through the process of doing Shadow work and all of the concepts to be aware of. Healing the shadow is can be a bit confusing and difficult to find. I teach the things to be aware of and how to "locate" that sneaky shadow aspect. The second training is where I teach about the "energetics" of the Shadow. This means how the energy of this aspect of your system is impacting your life and how to know what approach to take to heal it.
