Unfolding You!

Sometimes we do Spiritual Development to make our lives easier. Learning manifesting can bring us things we desire. Healing old trauma makes us feel lighter and happier.
 
But, we can also begin to "find" ourselves. It's a magical journey when we unlock parts of ourselves that we didn't know about.
 
Our society taught us how to be one of them. And while there is great benefit in that, there is also a fair absence of some of our beautiful parts.
 
We either didn't know about them because we never found them, or we were taught to repress them because someone didn't "like" those parts.
 
Either way, they're still sitting in there unexpressed.
 
The unfortunate part about that is they are wanting to be expressed.

They are a part of us for a reason.
 
Not expressing them can lead to discontentment in life, health issues and being disconnected from your soul's guidance.
 
Sometimes we may know these parts that we want to keep under wraps but most of the time we don't know those places.
 
They are hidden, often behind fear, in our subconscious mind.

So many times when I help clients access a new part of themselves, they are so surprised and amazed that this place even exists inside of them. They find out why it was repressed and can decide if it's time to bring it back into their conscious mind and functional life.
 
It makes us more integrated when we do this. It makes us happier because we aren't repressing that part anymore and can feel open and expanded in our life because we have more elbow room (of sorts) in our system.
 
 We aren't as scared to be US!
