Getting the Yuck out of your System

We sure do pick up a lot of yuck. And it gets stuck inside of our bodies.

 
I can't tell you how many times I look at someone and want to clean off their energy field.
 
But, I know that type of Energy Work is only temporary. For it to be where it won't come back, they have to shift it from the inside.
 
The thing is that we weren't taught to go inside because that's where we have power.
 
This world's institutions have wanted people's power. So, they create "norms" where people go external to do everything.
 
Ancient peoples were so much more connected to their bodies and, therefore, Spirit.
 
So, in this video, I'll talk about:
- Living in 3D consciousness
- Not being in stillness
- Coming into stillness
