How to notice when your system is in resistance and what to do about it. 

Resistance can show up in many different forms. It also doesn't necessarily mean that you shouldn't be doing the thing you're in resistance to. It can be a finely tuned way of figuring out what to do. Your intuition will guide you, but often resistance can throw a monkey wrench in the way of your intuition. So, I'll talk about how to figure out if your intuition is giving you a complete no or if your system is just in resistance.
